Cancellation Policy
Due to no-call no-shows frequently, Cancellations for long-duration appointments, including PACKAGES, PERM, COLOR, PEDICURE, and MANICURE services, must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. For HAIRCUT appointments, 2 hour notice is required. In the event of a no-call, no-show occurring after 10 minutes, we will reach out to discuss the cancellation. Repeated occurrences (3 times) will result in a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost, and a credit card will be required on your profile. This policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and ensures availability for all clients. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. God bless!
